We first met at a Christmas party—the kind where you expect awkward small talk and too many cookies, but instead, we found each other. What started as a simple “hello” turned into countless conversations, laughs, and adventures together.

Fast forward, and one afternoon in Beaufort after what I thought was just going to be a trip to the eye doctor, by the river, he surprised me with the sweetest proposal. Spoiler alert: I said yes!
